  • Delivery Areas: We deliver within designated areas only. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Payments: All online orders must be paid at the time of purchase through the secure payment methods provided.

  • Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless required by law. If there is an error with your order, please contact us immediately.

3. Event Booking

  • Reservations: Event bookings may require a deposit or prepayment, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellation policies vary depending on the event type and size. Deposits may be non-refundable. Please confirm details at the time of booking.

  • Liability: The Wayland Bar & Grill is not responsible for personal belongings, accidents, or damages that occur during events unless caused by our negligence.

4. Merchandise Sales

  • Product Availability: Merchandise (clothing, glassware, etc.) is subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time.

  • Pricing: Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice.

  • Shipping & Delivery: Shipping costs, timelines, and carriers will be provided at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only.

  • Returns & Exchanges: Merchandise can only be returned or exchanged if defective or damaged upon receipt. All sales are otherwise final.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site (including text, images, logos, and design) is the property of The Wayland Bar & Grill and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Wayland Bar & Grill is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services.

  • Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the service or product in question.
