At The Wayland Bar & Grill, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we will issue refunds or credits.

1. Food & Beverage Orders

Non-Refundable: Once prepared, food and beverage items are generally non-refundable due to their perishable nature.

Exceptions: Refunds or credits may be issued in the following cases:

Missing or incorrect items in your order

Food or beverages not prepared to the specifications provided at the time of ordering

Health or safety concerns (e.g., spoiled, contaminated, or undercooked items)

Manager’s Discretion: In situations outside the above, refunds or credits may be offered at the discretion of management.
2. Online Orders & Delivery

If your delivery order is incorrect, missing items, or arrives in unacceptable condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt for resolution.

Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment when approved.
3. Event Bookings

Deposits for event bookings are non-refundable unless required by law.

Cancellation policies and refund eligibility will be confirmed at the time of booking and may vary depending on the size and nature of the event.
4. Merchandise

Merchandise (such as clothing or glassware) may be returned or exchanged only if defective or damaged at the time of purchase or delivery.

Requests for merchandise returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.

All other sales are final.
5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and returned to the original method of payment.

We may require proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or confirmation email) to process a refund.
