At The Wayland Bar & Grill, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we will issue refunds or credits.

1. Food & Beverage Orders

  • Non-Refundable: Once prepared, food and beverage items are generally non-refundable due to their perishable nature.

  • Exceptions: Refunds or credits may be issued in the following cases:

    • Missing or incorrect items in your order

    • Food or beverages not prepared to the specifications provided at the time of ordering

    • Health or safety concerns (e.g., spoiled, contaminated, or undercooked items)

  • Manager’s Discretion: In situations outside the above, refunds or credits may be offered at the discretion of management.

2. Online Orders & Delivery

  • If your delivery order is incorrect, missing items, or arrives in unacceptable condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt for resolution.

  • Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment when approved.

3. Event Bookings

  • Deposits for event bookings are non-refundable unless required by law.

  • Cancellation policies and refund eligibility will be confirmed at the time of booking and may vary depending on the size and nature of the event.

4. Merchandise

  • Merchandise (such as clothing or glassware) may be returned or exchanged only if defective or damaged at the time of purchase or delivery.

  • Requests for merchandise returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.

  • All other sales are final.

5. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and returned to the original method of payment.

  • We may require proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or confirmation email) to process a refund.
