At The Wayland Bar & Grill, we strive to ensure your merchandise purchases are delivered promptly and securely. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle and deliver orders placed through our website.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs

We ship within Ontario and across Canada using standard carriers (e.g., Canada Post, UPS, FedEx).

Shipping costs and delivery options are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. The Wayland Bar & Grill is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
3. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery within Ontario typically takes 3–10 business days after processing.

National deliveries may take longer depending on the destination.

Delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
4. Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the promised delivery date, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund, as required under Ontario law.

If your package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible but are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your merchandise arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged or incorrect items for verification.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
